Jersey Mike’s Subs, born in Point Pleasant Beach back in 1956, has knocked Chick-fil-A off its perch as America’s favorite restaurant chain after an 11-year reign, edging it out 84 to 83 in the latest American Customer Satisfaction Index. The NJ-based sandwich shop topped 16,000-plus survey responses, backed by a big 2025 that included 200 new locations and $4.2 billion in sales.
