Car Chase, Manhunt Ends With Drug Charges In Morris Co., Cops Say

A police officer in Mt. Olive tried to check on a gray Toyota with its hazard lights on, only to get led on a chase that ended with the car crashed in someone’s backyard and two people on the run. One of them, Anastacia Novosyadlo, 38, of Philadelphia, was found hiding in a bush and charged with cocaine possession and intent to distribute; her companion is still at large, and police are asking anyone with security footage near Outlook and Hillcrest avenues to give them a call.
