Beloved Morristown Food Truck Opens 1st Brick & Mortar Storefront

After more than a decade of serving Afro-Colombian fusion from their Morristown and Hoboken trucks, the father-and-son team behind Colonial Grill has opened their first brick-and-mortar storefront at 210 Hudson Street in Jersey City. The new spot serves the same crowd favorites (Patacon Burger, Cheesesteak De Maduro, Steak and Fries) Tuesday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and the milestone is especially sweet coming just over a month after a kitchen fire took out one of their trucks.
