ANCHOR Application Portal Now Open: How To Get Paid

New Jersey’s ANCHOR property tax relief program is open for applications, with rebates ranging from $450 for renters to $1,500 for homeowners (seniors can get up to $1,750). Most returning applicants are automatically re-enrolled, but newcomers and seniors receiving Social Security disability benefits need to file on their own before the November 2 deadline. First payments are expected to roll out in September.
