Alleged Cafeteria Stabber, Wayne School Served In Assault Lawsuit

A civil lawsuit stemming from a May 2025 cafeteria stabbing at Lakeview Learning Center in Wayne is moving forward, with court filings showing both the school and the accused attacker, Rayshawn Christian, have now been served. The suit alleges that staff failed to intervene as Christian stabbed a 14-year-old student multiple times, leaving the boy hospitalized for a month with wounds near his heart.
