8 Events In Morris County Mark 25th Anniversary Of 9/11 Terror Attacks

Morris County communities will hold eight ceremonies on Friday to mark 25 years since the September 11 attacks, which killed 2,977 people and left thousands more with lasting illnesses from toxic exposure during rescue and recovery efforts. Events are scheduled across Parsippany, Morris Plains, Montville, Randolph, Rockaway Township, Chatham, Mount Olive, and Long Hill Township, ranging from morning wreath presentations to an evening ecumenical prayer service.
