6-Year-Old Girl Kidnapped From Warren County Home: Cops

A 27-year-old Washington Borough man, Lester Noe Perez-Amador, has been charged with first-degree kidnapping and home invasion burglary after a six-year-old girl was taken from her Warren County home in the early morning hours of Saturday. The girl was found returning home on foot about an hour after police were notified, and was taken to a hospital; Perez-Amador, who was known to the victim, was arrested within 24 hours and faces a maximum of life in prison if convicted on the kidnapping charge.
