$500M+ In ANCHOR Sent To NJ, More Payments Coming

New Jersey’s ANCHOR tax relief program has already sent more than $520 million to nearly 400,000 homeowners and renters since payments started rolling out Sept. 15, with roughly $1.5 billion more still on the way. The application deadline is Nov. 2, but if you file by paper or close to the deadline, your payment could arrive as late as 2027, and note that senior homeowners will no longer receive the $250 bonus that was included in past years.
