4 Helped Toms River Man Evade Arrest In Fatal Wawa Shooting, Prosecutor Says

Douglas Cobb remains at large more than a week after fatally shooting Bruce Gress at a Toms River Wawa on September 18, and prosecutors have now charged four people with helping him evade capture. Two of the four have been arrested and jailed, one was released on a summons, and a fourth is himself a fugitive with a warrant out for his arrest.
