300+ Layoffs Coming To Morris County Pharma Company

Novartis Pharmaceuticals is laying off 322 more employees at its East Hanover facility, with cuts expected before October 2. This follows 250 earlier layoffs at the same location across March, April, and May, putting the 2026 total well above 500 positions eliminated there.
