3 Arrested After Man Is Shot, Left To Die On NJ Sidewalk

Three men have been arrested following a year-long investigation into the fatal shooting of a 52-year-old Hackensack man who was found on a Paterson sidewalk in July 2025. Kardan R. Ali-Delane, 21, faces first-degree murder charges, while Javon S. Briggs, 21, and Ysad E. Sykes, 24, face related charges including conspiracy and illegally transporting firearms into New Jersey from North Carolina.
