23-Year-Old Fatally Shot In Union County

Franklin Mendez, 23, of Elizabeth was fatally shot on Caldwell Place in the early morning hours of Saturday, May 30. Union County investigators are asking anyone with information to contact the Homicide Task Force at 908-358-9162 or submit an anonymous tip at uctip.org.
