2 Children Killed In 3-Alarm Trenton House Fire

A three-alarm fire broke out early Wednesday morning at a home on Hewitt Street in Trenton’s South Ward, killing a 4-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl who were taken to a hospital after being found inside the burning structure. Two firefighters were also injured in the response, and the fire displaced roughly 14 people while destroying the home and damaging two neighboring properties.
