Someone in Sussex County is sitting on a $1 million Powerball ticket after Family Drug Shops in Branchville sold the only second-prize winner in the country from Saturday’s drawing. The jackpot itself is still up for grabs, now at $498 million (cash value $221 million) for Wednesday night’s drawing.
