The trio behind Taylor Simon King spent years playing with names like Billy Joel, Bon Jovi, and The E Street Band, so they know their way around a classic. On Saturday, June 27 at 8 p.m., Mayo PAC hosts this tribute to James Taylor, Carly Simon, and Carole King, with three lead vocalists, a seriously credentialed band, and multimedia storytelling woven between the songs. The show’s produced by Franke Previte, the co-writer of “(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life,” which tells you something about the pedigree here. Tickets run $35 to $67, all fees included.
