THE BOOK HOUSE Proudly Presents: Dog Man Creator Dav Pilkey’s EPIC Tour!
Meet Creator DAV PILKEY and step into an exclusive DOG MAN experience you won’t find anywhere else!
The Book House is bringing Dav Pilkey, the creator of Dog Man, Captain Underpants, and Cat Kid Comic Club, to Mayo Performing Arts Center on Tuesday, December 1, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $16 each and include a pre-signed copy of “Dog Man: A Sprinkle in Time” plus a limited-edition glow-in-the-dark backpack tag, which you pick up at the door. The roughly 30-minute program features a live drawing session and trivia with prizes, followed by a photo op with Pilkey himself (one per family, shot by a pro photographer and free to download). There are also costume character meet-and-greets and giveaways, and kids are encouraged to dress as their favorite Pilkey character, which means Mayo’s lobby is going to look like a very enthusiastic elementary school hallway.
