Teen Storytelling—Scary Campfire Stories
Join us as we celebrate how stories began—by word of mouth handed down from one generation to the next. In this four-session program you unearth a story and bring it to life! Drawing on oral tradition you will dig deep, shape your tale, and share it aloud on the final day, July 2…
This is session three of a four-part teen storytelling program at the Morristown and Morris Township Library, running Wednesday, July 1 from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. The concept is rooted in oral tradition: teens dig into a story, shape it over the four sessions (June 29 through July 1 at 3:00 p.m.), and then perform it campfire-style at the finale on July 2 at 6:00 p.m. All sessions meet on the lower level in the Meeting Room. Registration is required, so head to the library’s event page for details before the spots fill up.
