Sand art is the grand finale of the Morristown & Morris Township Library’s summer Teen Retro Crafternoon series, wrapping up five weeks of camp nostalgia on Tuesday, August 4 from 3:00 to 4:00 PM. If you missed friendship bracelets, lanyard keychains, duct tape wallets, and dream catchers in July, this is your last shot to show up and layer colorful sand into a bottle like it’s 1997. Head to the lower level Meeting Room at 1 Miller Rd. Registration details are over at the library’s event page, and we’d suggest not waiting, because teens who craft together are not known for leaving empty seats.
