Written by Gilda Rogers, Audrey Kelley, and Candace O. Kelley and directed by Rogers and Candace O. Kelley, “Supernatural: The Play” follows seven women confronting their hair and themselves, weaving humor and sharp storytelling into a conversation about the cultural and legal battles Black women have fought over natural hair, from dress codes and workplace policing to the push for the CROWN Act. Stage Raw named it one of L.A.’s top shows to watch, and it’s drawn sold-out crowds for more than a decade. The 80-minute reading (no intermission) is paired with vendors and a talkback afterward. Tickets are on sale now at morrismuseum.org, or call 973-971-3706.
