Scavenger Hunt: Seedy Business

Turns out spring gets all the seed press, but the plants themselves disagree. Frelinghuysen Arboretum is running “Seedy Business,” a photo scavenger hunt built around the fact that fall is actually prime seed-dropping season, when birds, squirrels, and apparently now you are all out there hunting for the same thing. Wander the grounds between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on September 24th, photograph what you find, complete the hunt, and you’ll walk away with a prize. Bring a curious kid, a fully charged phone, and a willingness to lose to a squirrel who has been doing this way longer than you.
