The name says it all, and we respect the honesty. Frelinghuysen Arboretum is running this self-aware scavenger hunt through the lazy back half of summer, and the premise is refreshingly low-tech: grab a phone or camera, track down every item on the list, photograph them all, and you’re in the running for a prize. It’s a good excuse to drag the kids outside before they fuse permanently to the couch. The hunt runs 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on August 24, and the Morris County Parks listing has the full details.
