The name is a little on the nose, but we’ll allow it. Morris County Parks runs this photo-based scavenger hunt at Frelinghuysen Arboretum from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on August 13, and the premise is refreshingly low-pressure: grab a phone or camera, track down every item on the list, photograph them all, and you’re in the running for a prize. It’s a solid way to get the kids off the couch and into the gardens without anyone having to pretend a nature walk was their idea.
