Saturday Friends Book Sale
Held in the Bookworm Room on the lower level. Young Children's items are on the second floor. This weekly bookstore offers a large selection of books, CDs, DVDs, & other items. New inventory is added weekly, and all proceeds benefit the Library.
The Friends of the Library run a weekly used book sale out of the Bookworm Room on the lower level of Morristown Library, and it’s exactly the kind of low-key Saturday morning errand that turns into an hour-long rabbit hole. Books, CDs, DVDs, and a rotating mix of other items fill the shelves, with new inventory added each week so there’s always a reason to swing back. Young children’s items are up on the second floor. Everything runs 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and all the proceeds go back to the Library, which feels like the right thing to say before you leave with a teetering stack you have nowhere to put.
