Qigong is a slow-moving, low-impact practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, and the Morristown Library brings it to the upstairs F.M. Kirby Gallery every Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. Think of it as a cousin to Tai Chi: deliberate, flowing movements paired with breathwork and visualization to get your mind and body on speaking terms. It runs weekly through at least late December, so there’s no pressure to catch any one particular Saturday. No registration required, no previous experience needed, and it’s adapted for all ability levels. Just show up.
