Qigong is a slow-moving, breath-focused practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, and the Morristown Library brings it to the upstairs F.M. Kirby Gallery every Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. Think of it as Tai Chi’s close cousin: gentle, deliberate movements that stretch muscles and tendons while pulling your mind and body into the same conversation. No registration, no experience, and no particular fitness level required, so you can show up with a clear Saturday schedule, good intentions, and absolutely zero idea what you’re doing. The series runs through at least late December, which makes it a surprisingly convenient habit to pick up.
