Slow, deliberate, and a good deal quieter than your average Saturday morning, this free drop-in Qigong class runs every week at the Morristown Library’s upstairs F.M. Kirby Gallery from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Think of it as Tai Chi’s close cousin: a series of flowing, low-impact movements designed to stretch muscles and tendons while tuning you into your own breathing. No registration, no experience, and no particular level of flexibility required. The class is adaptable for all ability levels, so whether you’re a longtime practitioner or someone who just Googled “what is Qigong,” you’ll fit right in.
