Qigong is a slow-moving, low-impact practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, built around the idea that deliberate breath, movement, and focus can strengthen the body’s internal energy. Think of it as Tai Chi’s close cousin: graceful, precise, and a lot gentler on your knees than whatever fitness kick you swore you’d stick to in January. This Saturday session runs from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the upstairs F.M. Kirby Gallery at the Morristown Library, and it repeats most Saturdays through December. No registration, no experience, no excuses. All ability levels are welcome.
