Slow, flowing movements at 9:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning: this is either exactly what you need or the gentlest possible alarm clock. Qigong is a traditional Chinese movement practice that pairs breathing, meditation, and deliberate motion to work on what practitioners call the body’s vital energy.
