Saturday mornings at Morristown Library just got a lot more intentional. Qigong, sometimes called Chinese Yoga, is a slow-moving, low-impact practice built around gentle stretching, breath awareness, and guided meditation. Kirby Gallery at 1 Miller Rd, starting at 9:30 a.m.
