Qigong runs every Saturday morning at 9:30 in the upstairs F.M. Kirby Gallery at Morristown Library, and it keeps going all the way through December, so there’s no pressure to commit like it’s a gym membership you’ll abandon by February. No registration, no experience needed, and the instructors adapt the class for all ability levels, so there’s no excuse to stay home scrolling on a perfectly good Saturday morning.
