Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice built around slow, flowing movements that stretch muscles and tendons while sharpening the connection between mind, body, and breath. Think of it as the quieter, more meditative cousin of Tai Chi, with visualization and internal energy work folded in. The Morristown Library runs this free drop-in class on Saturday mornings from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. in the upstairs F.M. Kirby Gallery, and it’s open to all ages and ability levels. No registration, no prior experience, no excuse not to try it. Just show up.
