Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice built around slow, flowing movements that stretch muscles and tendons while deepening the connection between mind, body, and breath. Think of it as the calmer, more meditative cousin of Tai Chi, with some visualization and meditation folded in. The class runs Saturdays from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. in the upstairs F.M. Kirby Gallery at Morristown Library, and it’s open to all ages and ability levels. No registration, no prior experience, no excuses. Just show up, move slowly, and maybe leave feeling better than when you walked in.
