Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice built around slow, flowing movements that stretch muscles and tendons while deepening the connection between mind, body, and breath. Think of it as a gentler cousin to Tai Chi, with meditation and visualization folded in. The Morristown Library runs this free drop-in class every Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the upstairs F.M. Kirby Gallery, and it’s open to all ages and ability levels. No registration, no experience required. Just show up, which is honestly the hardest part of any Saturday morning wellness habit. (We said what we said.)
