Qigong is a slow-moving, low-impact practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, built around the idea that you can cultivate and circulate your body’s internal energy through graceful, deliberate movement. Think of it as a cousin to Tai Chi, with a side of meditation and visualization. Classes run Saturdays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the upstairs F.M. Kirby Gallery at Morristown Library, and the schedule stretches all the way through late September, so missing one week won’t derail you. No registration, no experience, and no particular level of fitness required. Just show up.
