Qigong runs every Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the upstairs F.M. Kirby Gallery at Morristown Library, and the schedule stretches all the way through late September, so you’ve got plenty of chances to actually show up. It’s a slow-moving, low-impact practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, think gentle flowing movements, breath awareness, and a little meditation, designed to work the mind and body together without wrecking your knees. No registration, no experience required, and the library says it can be adapted for any ability level. Bring yourself and maybe the willingness to stand still longer than a green light on South Street.
