Qigong runs every Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the upstairs F.M. Kirby Gallery at Morristown Library, and it keeps going all the way through late September, so there’s no pressure to nail the one perfect week. The practice blends slow, flowing movement with breathwork and meditation, a bit like Tai Chi’s more internal-focus cousin. It’s open to all ages and ability levels, no registration required, no previous experience needed. Just show up, breathe, and let someone else worry about the parking on Miller Road. We’ll be over here doing that ourselves.
