Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice built around slow, flowing movements that stretch muscles and tendons while tuning you into the mind-body-breath connection. Think of it as Tai Chi’s close cousin, with meditation and visualization folded in. The class runs Saturdays from 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the upstairs F.M. Kirby Gallery at the Morristown Library, and it keeps going all the way through late September, so there’s no pressure to catch just one. No registration, no prior experience, and no ability requirements either. Show up, breathe, move slowly, and feel slightly more centered than you did in the parking lot.
