Qigong runs every Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the upstairs F.M. Kirby Gallery at Morristown Library, and it keeps going all the way through late September. The practice pairs slow, flowing movements with breath awareness and meditation, landing somewhere between Tai Chi and what your body keeps threatening to do if you’d just slow down for an hour. It’s designed for all ages and ability levels, no registration required, no prior experience needed. Show up, move at a pace that won’t wreck your weekend, and leave before the parking lot situation becomes a whole thing.
