The library’s tenth annual Pride Month Film Fest continues on Wednesday, June 10 at 6:30 p.m. with “Desert Hearts,” Donna Deitch’s 1986 adaptation of Jane Rule’s novel “Desert of the Heart,” which took home the Sundance Special Jury Prize the year it came out. The screening happens in the lower-level Meeting Room at 1 Miller Rd, runs until 8:30 p.m., and wraps with an optional discussion for anyone who wants to stick around. No registration required, refreshments included, and all are welcome. Sometimes the library just makes it easy.
