The library’s tenth annual Pride Month Film Fest continues on June 10 at 6:30 PM with “Desert Hearts,” Donna Deitch’s 1986 adaptation of Jane Rule’s novel “Desert of the Heart,” which took home the Sundance Special Jury Prize the year it came out. The screening happens in person in the lower level Meeting Room at 1 Miller Rd, and there’s an optional discussion afterward for anyone who wants to stick around and process their feelings. No registration, no ticket, no excuse: all are welcome, and refreshments will be served.
