Temple B’nai Or is hosting a family workshop on Wednesday, June 17 at 3:00 p.m. for families curious about its Pre-K and Kindergarten religious school programs. Director of Youth and Family Education Esther Benari-Altmann will walk you through what the programs look like, refreshments will be served, and the kids get to build their own bird feeders as a hands-on lesson in Tz’aar Ba’alei Chayim, the Jewish value of kindness to animals. It’s a pretty solid afternoon: snacks, school info, and a craft project your child will want to hang outside immediately. RSVP by June 15 to secure your spot.
