If you’ve ever watched a ballet and wondered how anyone makes that look effortless (spoiler: years of brutal training), this is the afternoon for you. New Jersey Ballet brings its Ballet Insider program to the Morris Museum on Sunday, October 4 at 1:00 PM, giving families and first-timers a hands-on look at how professional dancers train, rehearse, and perform. You’ll meet NJ Ballet artists, handle real pointe shoes and costumes, and watch live demonstrations that make the athleticism behind all that grace impossible to ignore.
