Morning Yoga
Join us for some much-needed relaxation and gentle exercise! We will be holding our Thursday morning restorative yoga classes upstairs in the Gallery. All ability levels from beginner to advanced are welcome, no sign-up is necessary. Please bring your own yoga mat and equipment.
Morristown Library’s Thursday morning yoga series runs upstairs in the F.M. Kirby Gallery, and it checks a lot of boxes: restorative, beginner-friendly, and free of the signup friction that usually derails good intentions. Classes run 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. and welcome every ability level, from people who can fold themselves like origami to people who consider touching their toes a personal best. No registration needed, just show up with your mat and whatever gear you like to bring. The series continues every Thursday through late fall, so this isn’t a one-shot deal.
