Morning Yoga
Join us for some much-needed relaxation and gentle exercise! We will be holding our Thursday morning restorative yoga classes upstairs in the Gallery. All ability levels from beginner to advanced are welcome, no sign-up is necessary. Please bring your own yoga mat and equipment.
Morristown Library’s Thursday morning yoga series runs weekly in the F.M. Kirby Gallery (upstairs, which already feels like a little escape from the world) from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. It’s restorative yoga, open to all ability levels, and no sign-up is required. Just bring your mat, your water bottle, and the willingness to hold a pose while pretending you’re not thinking about parking. The series continues every Thursday through October 8, 2026, so there’s plenty of time to make it a habit rather than a one-time good intention.
