The Morning Book Club is reading Kaliane Bradley’s “The Ministry of Time,” a genre-bending novel about a civil servant who gets recruited by a government ministry using time-displaced “expats” from across history to test whether time travel is survivable, physically and cosmically. It’s part spy thriller, part romance, part philosophical thought experiment, and apparently all of it is a lot of fun. The group meets June 11 from 10 to 11 a.m. in the Lower Level Meeting Room at the Morristown Library. It’s open to everyone, Morris Township resident or not, and you’re welcome even if you only made it halfway through. Copies are available at the main circulation desk; just ask a librarian.
