Join us for our Legos & Torah on Friday, Oct 16 at 5pm. A brand-new, fun family event for children in grades 2–5 and their parents! Enjoy dinner together while we explore the week’s Torah portion and bring the story to life with LEGO creations.
Shabbat dinner plus building blocks plus a Torah portion: Friday evenings at Temple B’nai Or just got a lot more creative. On October 16 at 5 p.m., kids in grades 2 through 5 and their parents are invited to sit down for dinner, dig into the week’s Torah portion, and then bring the story to life with LEGO bricks. It’s a new program, so nobody’s a seasoned veteran yet, which is honestly, wait, we can’t say that. The point is: low stakes, good food, and the rare chance to argue about brick colors for religious purposes.
