Glen Burtnik’s Summer of Love Concert hits Mayo Performing Arts Center on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 8:00 p.m., and this one’s less “concert” and more full-scale happening. Burtnik, an alum of Styx and the original Broadway Beatlemania, brings a 14-member cast: seven lead vocalists, a horn section, strings, a rock rhythm section, and a psychedelic light and video show to tie it all together. The setlist pulls from the Beatles, the Stones, Hendrix, Janis Joplin, the Doors, Marvin Gaye, Santana, the Grateful Dead, and a few dozen more. Tickets run $45 to $79, all fees included.
