Downtown Trick or Treat - A Morristown Partnership event
Costumed kids have been hitting up downtown Morristown businesses for candy on the Friday before Halloween for nearly 30 years, and the 2026 edition keeps the streak alive. The Morristown Partnership runs the show from 3 to 5 p.m. on October 30th, with local shops and organizations opening their doors to trick-or-treaters. Expect the sidewalks to be packed with little ghouls, tiny witches, and at least one kid in a costume you won’t recognize but will absolutely compliment. The participating business list is updated as sign-ups come in, so check the Town of Morristown’s event page for the latest before you head out.
