The third installment of the library’s summer scavenger hunt series kicks off July 14 and runs through July 19, 2026. Grab a booklet at the Children’s Room, track down 12 hidden “Digging”-themed pictures scattered around the space, fold each page as you find it, and bring it back to the Children’s Desk for a prize. It’s an all-day, drop-in setup, which means no scrambling to get there at a specific time. Open to children and teens, it’s the kind of low-key activity that makes a Tuesday in July feel like you’ve actually accomplished something.
