Kids grab a booklet, hunt down 12 hidden pictures tucked around the Children’s Room, fold each page when they spot one, and then bring it back to the desk for a bookmark. It’s low-pressure, self-paced, and free of the usual “now everyone sit in a circle” energy. The scavenger hunt runs all day on September 21 (and continues through the rest of that week, if Sunday the 27th works better for your schedule) at the Morristown Library’s Children’s Room, 1 Miller Rd. Geared toward children and teens, so leave the competitive adults at home.
